Bentley T2 1980

Here we have one of the last examples of a desirable British icon that looks the part, just right for it’s period with a wonderful original interior hosting an authentic patina look.

The Bentley T-Series is an automobile which was produced by Bentley Motors Limited in the United Kingdom from 1965 to 1980. It was announced and displayed for the first time at the Paris Motor Show on 5 October 1965 as a Bentley fully redesigned with a chassis-less construction (Monocoque).

Just 558 examples were produced making it much rarer than the Rolls Royce Silver Shadow equivalent, and certainly more desirable.

First registered in April 1980, with production finishing that year meaning it is one of the latter produced vehicles.  The T series is the first Bentley without a separate chassis. It is totally different from its predecessor the S series.

The car is represented in its original manufactured colour of grey and is powered by the 6.75 litre power plant driven through an automatic gearbox. We have a comprehensive history file for this vehicle that contains documents back to 1997 including MOT's, insurance, tax and service history.  The invoices show the work that has been caried out to keep this beautiful car in the authentic condition it is in today.

This fabulous example of a British classic has cream upholstery with blue piping and blue carpet with cream trim. The vehicle is in excellent condition and is the height of luxury for the period with such comforts as air-conditioning, electrically operated windows and a push button radio and stereo cassette player

The MOT history of this car is very strong and testement to the fact that the owners have always kept this cs "Up together".

We are very lucky to be selling this highly desirable example of serene, classic, British motoring that the world so admires.  Quiet and smooth - all you can hear is the ticking of the clock!!

We at Cotswold Classic Car Restorations can arrange and organise all shipping and transport details as well as offering advice on maintenance and getting the most out of owning such a rare and beautiful piece of history.

Please contact us via the fast enquiry form or telephone on 01793 752 195 to arrange a viewing and test drive.  CCCR acting as agent for the owner.
